Responsibilities

• Manage routes and transform landscapes across the service area
• Perform tasks such as lawn care, aeration, mowing, tree/shrub care, and mosquito control
• Assess lawn health and landscape needs, building rapport with customers
• Communicate clearly and kindly to ensure customer satisfaction and confidence
• Maintain properties throughout the year, including winter work like snow removal
• Adapt to changing seasons and customer needs

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Motivated with a desire to learn

Qualifications

• No prior lawn care or landscape experience required
• Paid training provided

Pay & Schedule

• Starting wage: $18/hr
• Expected average: $18/hr - $25/hr
