About the role
Naturescape of Schaumburg, IL is seeking to hire a Lawn Care Specialist to provide outstanding services for residential and commercial properties. The role involves being the face of the company in the field, managing routes, and transforming landscapes.
Responsibilities
- Perform precision lawn care, lawn aeration, mowing, tree/shrub care and pruning, and mosquito control
- Assess lawn health and landscape needs
- Communicate clearly and kindly with customers to ensure they are happy, informed, and confident in the services provided
- Maintain a positive relationship with customers and adapt to changing seasons and customer needs
- Pivot to snow removal during winter months
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Able to lift 50 lbs
- Motivated with a desire to learn
Qualifications
- No prior lawn care or landscape experience is required, as paid training is provided
- Passionate about working outdoors and helping people

Pay
The starting wage is $20/hr, with an expected average of $20/hr - $27/hr. Top earners can make an extra $15,000+ per year in performance bonuses alone, with weekly bonus potential.
Schedule
You will typically work 10-hour days, 4 days per week (with variations due to weather and customer needs).
