About the role
Naturescape of Delafield, WI is seeking a Lawn Care Specialist to deliver outstanding services for residential and commercial properties. This is a licensed specialist position that combines hands-on lawn and landscape care with customer consultation and seasonal adaptability, including winter snow removal.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the face of the company in the field, managing a route and transforming landscapes across the service area
- Perform precision lawn care, lawn aeration, mowing, tree/shrub care and pruning, and mosquito control
- Assess lawn health and landscape needs using provided training; act as a consultant and problem-solver for customers
- Communicate clearly and kindly with clients to build rapport and ensure satisfaction
- Pivot seasonally to snow removal and other winter work as needed
- Obtain and maintain state pesticide certifications
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Motivated with a desire to learn
- No prior lawn care or landscape experience required; paid training provided

Pay
- Starting wage: $20/hr
- Expected average: $20/hr – $27/hr
- Top earners: Make an extra $15,000+ per year in performance bonuses alone
