Naturescape of Janesville, WI is seeking a Lawn Care Specialist to provide outstanding services for residential and commercial properties. The role involves being the face of the company in the field, managing routes, and transforming landscapes. Responsibilities include precision lawn care, lawn aeration, mowing, tree/shrub care, and mosquito control. Adaptability is key, as you move with the seasons from spring to winter.
Responsibilities
- Manage routes and provide lawn and landscape care services
- Assess lawn health and landscape needs
- Communicate with customers to explain services and answer questions
- Perform tasks such as mowing, aeration, tree/shrub care, and mosquito control
- Ensure properties are cared for year-round, including winter snow removal
- Use provided training to build rapport with customers
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Able to lift 50 lbs
- Motivated with a desire to learn

Pay
The starting wage is $19/hr, with an expected average of $19/hr - $26/hr. Top earners can make an additional $15,000+ per year in performance bonuses alone, with weekly bonus potential.
Schedule
Most specialists work 10-hour days, 4 days per week, with variations due to weather and customer needs. Overtime opportunities are frequently available.
