About the role
Naturescape of Appleton, WI is seeking a Lawn Care Specialist to provide outstanding services for residential and commercial properties. The role involves being the face of the company in the field, managing routes, and transforming landscapes.
Responsibilities
- Perform precision lawn care, lawn aeration, mowing, tree/shrub care and pruning, and mosquito control.
- Assess lawn health and landscape needs using provided training.
- Communicate clearly and kindly to ensure customers are happy, informed, and confident in the services provided.
- Maintain a high-visibility role adapting to seasonal changes, including snow removal in winter.
- Develop skills alongside a supportive team that values "learning by doing."
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and good driving record.
- Able to lift 50 lbs.
- Motivated with a desire to learn.
Qualifications
- No prior lawn care or landscape experience is required; paid training is provided.
- Passionate about working outdoors and helping people.

Pay
Starting Wage: $20/hr
Expected Average: $20/hr - $27/hr
Top Earners: Make an extra $15,000+ per year in performance bonuses alone!
Schedule
Typically works 10-hour days, 4 days per week (with variations due to weather and customer needs).
