About the role
Naturescape of Decatur, IL is seeking a Lawn Care Specialist to provide outstanding services for residential and commercial properties. The role involves being the face of the company in the field, managing routes, and transforming landscapes.
Responsibilities
- Perform precision lawn care, lawn aeration, mowing, tree/shrub care and pruning, and mosquito control.
- Assess lawn health and landscape needs, building rapport with customers.
- Communicate clearly and kindly to ensure customers are happy, informed, and confident in the services provided.
- Maintain adaptability to work with the seasons, including snow removal in winter.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
- Able to lift 50 lbs.
- Motivated with a desire to learn.
Qualifications
- No prior lawn care or landscape experience is required; paid training is provided.
- Passive drug testing is required.

Pay
Starting Wage: $19/hr
Expected Average: $19/hr - $26/hr
Top Earners: Make an extra $15,000+ per year in performance bonuses alone!

Typically work 10-hour days, 4 days per week (with variations due to weather and customer needs).
