Lawn Care Technician / Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage routes and transform landscapes across the service area
• Perform tasks such as lawn care, aeration, mowing, tree/shrub care, and mosquito control
• Communicate with customers to explain lawn health and landscape needs
• Assess and address customer questions and concerns
• Pivot to snow removal in the winter season
• Ensure properties are cared for year-round

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Ability to lift 50 lbs

Qualifications

• Motivated with a desire to learn
• No prior lawn care or landscape experience required; paid training provided

Pay & Schedule

• Starting wage: $19/hr
• Expected average: $19/hr - $26/hr
• Top earners: $15,000+ in performance bonuses annually
• Weekly bonus potential
