Responsibilities
- Manage routes and transform landscapes across the service area
- Perform tasks such as lawn care, aeration, mowing, tree/shrub care, and mosquito control
- Communicate with customers to explain lawn health and landscape needs
- Assess and address customer questions and concerns
- Pivot to snow removal in the winter season
- Ensure properties are cared for year-round
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
Qualifications
- Motivated with a desire to learn
- No prior lawn care or landscape experience required; paid training provided

Pay & Schedule
- Starting wage: $19/hr
- Expected average: $19/hr - $26/hr
- Top earners: $15,000+ in performance bonuses annually
- Weekly bonus potential
