About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Lawn Care Service Technician to join our team in ROCKAWAY, NJ. This is a full-time position where we will train you. You will be part of a growing team committed to customer satisfaction and pride in our work.

Responsibilities

• Fertilize, aerate, seed, and treat lawns using our power equipment
• Shop work
• Offer new services to customers
• No mowing or landscaping required

Requirements

• A valid NJ driver's license with a clean driving record
• Reliable with good attendance
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to operate machinery
• Ability to meet production goals
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Pass a drug test and background check

Qualifications

The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, is interested in learning and growing, valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and good attendance record. Prior experience in the lawn care industry is helpful but not required.
