About the role

Lawn Doctor is seeking a Lawn Care Technician to provide high-quality, customer-focused lawn care services. The ideal candidate will act as a customer-facing brand ambassador, performing tasks such as treating lawns with quality products, aerating and seeding, performing shop work, and offering new services to both customers and prospects.

Responsibilities

• Treat lawns with top quality, environmentally sensitive products
• Aerate and seed lawns
• Perform shop work
• Offer appropriate new services to customers and prospects
• Communicate effectively with customers and prospects
• Operate machinery safely and efficiently
• Meet production goals

Requirements

• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Enthusiasm for working outdoors and in various weather conditions
• Ability to operate machinery
• Ability to lift in excess of 50 pounds

Qualifications

• Experience in the lawn care industry is highly desirable, but not required
