About the role
Lawn Doctor, serving the finer homes of St. Louis Metro / St Charles, is seeking Lawn Care Specialists. If you love the outdoors and working with people, then consider becoming a highly skilled Lawn Care Service Technician. Help service our valued clients with the best outfitted van and custom Lawn Care equipment. Full training, full team support.
Responsibilities
- Performs the actual work on lawn; operates and maintains equipment.
- Operates and maintains equipment.
- Handles the fertilizers and pesticides that we use in our day-to-day operations.
- Responsible for aerating and seeding lawns as needed.
Qualifications
- Positive attitude.
- Physically able to operate the equipment to perform job responsibilities such as lifting 50# repetitively throughout the day.
- Service lawns according to procedures learned during training week.
- Maintain assigned equipment according to those procedures outlined in the equipment manuals.
- Maintain good customer relations.
- Presenting and promoting the Lawn Doctor service with a professional appearance.
- Able to follow directions.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
Bonus
BONUS on top of hourly pay.
Pay Scale/Benefits
Pay varies with experience and qualifications. Time and 1/2 pay over 40 hours. Health, Dental and Vision Insurance starts after 60 days. Paid holidays. Paid vacation after 1 year. Company phone.
