Lawn Care Tech & Shoveler

Mark’s Lawn Service Inc. is seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawn Care Technician to join our hardworking team in Maple Grove. We use top-of-the-line, well-maintained equipment and run a highly organized operation. Team members appreciate the positive, laid-back environment and opportunities to grow within the company.

Schedule

• Summer: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 5:00 PM (weekends off), expected 40 hours per week
• Winter shoveling: Triggered when snowfall reaches 1.5" or more
  • Shift 1: 2:00 AM – 9:00 AM
  • Shift 2: 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Pay

• Summer: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour
• Winter: $35.00 – $40.00+ per hour (depending on experience and qualifications)
• Referral bonus: Cash for referring friends

Responsibilities

• Perform lawn care, regular mowing, and weed trimming
• Execute landscape maintenance tasks (planting, weeding, mulching, tree trimming)
• Operate equipment safely and utilize hand tools effectively
• Maintain groundskeeping standards by keeping areas clean and debris-free
• Monitor plant health and report any pest or disease issues
