Lawn Care Specialist
About the role
The Lawn Care Specialist team at SavATree are responsible for maintaining lush, green lawns for our valued customers. They provide a variety of services including organic, hybrid, integrated, and all-nutrient lawn care, as well as seeding and aeration services. Their expertise includes soil analysis, insect, disease, and weed control.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat diseases and infestations on client lawns using specialized training
- Apply customized blends of products to address various lawn problems
- Communicate with clients to provide comprehensive information about their lawns
- Work independently and autonomously in a customer-focused manner
Requirements
- A desire to grow and develop professionally
- Experience operating various types of lawn care equipment
- Hands-on experience in lawn care maintenance and turf application
- Ability to work independently and solve problems
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Pesticide/Herbicide Applicator's License or willingness to obtain one
Qualifications
- A degree in Turf, Entomology, Plant Sciences, Horticulture, or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of hands-on lawn care experience
- Valid driver's license, CDL preferred
