Lawn Care Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking experienced Lawn Care Specialists to maintain and enhance the exterior appearance of our residential and commercial properties.

This is a 1099 contractor role offering flexible, appointment-based scheduling. Work is assigned based on recurring maintenance schedules and property needs, allowing you to accept jobs that fit your availability.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine lawn maintenance (mowing, edging, trimming, blowing)
• Maintain landscaping beds, shrubs, and turf health
• Conduct seasonal cleanups and yard maintenance
• Prepare properties for showings, tenants, or listing photos
• Identify lawn or landscape issues and recommend improvements
• Ensure strong curb appeal and consistent property presentation

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Prior lawn care or landscaping experience (required)
• Must have your own equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, edgers, etc.)
• Able to perform routine lawn maintenance and seasonal services
• Knowledge of turf care, trimming, edging, and basic plant maintenance
• Able to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
