Actual work experience in the lawn care industry is highly desirable and will be compensated accordingly. Starting compensation is $15.00 - $22.00 per hour plus commission depending on experience. Qualifications Good written and verbal communication skillsEnthusiasm for working outdoors and in various weather conditionsPositive attitude and self-motivatedMust enjoy interacting with customers and providing information/solutions as neededAbility to listen and learn quicklyAbility to operate machineryAbility to meet production goalsBe able to lift in excess of 50 poundsPass a drug test and background check. Job Responsibilities Applying fertilizers, weed control, insect and disease control to lawns according to schedule, safety procedures, and label instructionsIdentification of pests, cultural problems, and the proper use of select productsDriving company vehicle to customer locationsEffectively communicating with customers regarding treatment and recommendationsManaging daily vehicle inventory and equipmentCompletion of accurate documentation for customers, office, and Texas Department of AgricultureMaintaining vehicle and equipment We Need People Like You!
