Lawn Care Applications & Tree Spray Technician

Responsibilities

• Provide services to residential or commercial customer properties in a timely, safe manner, using hand and powered equipment to apply products to treat our customers' lawns.
• Perform soil analysis, control insects, diseases, and unsightly weeds.
• Educate homeowners on proper lawn maintenance, advise on lawn and landscape problems, and determine appropriate solutions for their unique needs.
• Sell/upsell additional services to existing and new customers, resulting in the growth of our clientele.
• Use expert knowledge to provide customers with product/service information and resolve customer concerns onsite.

Requirements

• Washington State Commercial Operator Pesticide License (Turf & Ornamental) is highly preferred.
• Prior licensing or relevant experience applying herbicides and pesticides in a lawn care setting is strongly encouraged.
• Possess a valid driver's license and have a history of safe driving.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening and drug test (THC excluded).
• At least 21 years old or older (requirement to drive a company vehicle).
