Lawn Aeration Technician / Lawn Aerator

About the role

The Lawn Aeration Technician position at Senske Services involves using machinery to perform aerations and seeding of customers' lawns. Responsibilities include manual labor tasks, landscaping, site maintenance, operating an aerator/spreader/seeder, and general support of operations on location.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Possess a valid driver's license and a history of safe driving
• Pass a pre-employment background screening and drug test (THC excluded)
• Be at least 21 years old (requirement to drive a company vehicle)
• Commit to safety and great customer service
• Have excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills
• Work in varying weather conditions
• Encourage a positive team atmosphere and willingness to help others

Pay

$22.00 - $25.00 per hour. The starting wage is determined based on relevant experience.
