Law Firm Intake Specialist
About the role
Be the first point of contact for prospective clients — answering calls with warmth, professionalism, and purpose.
Guide conversations with potential clients to understand their situation and evaluate whether their case is a strong fit for our firm.
Schedule consultations and coordinate attorney calendars, keeping everything organized and running smoothly.
Conduct intake surveys to gather key information and assess case suitability with empathy and attention to detail.
Accurately document all client interactions in our case management software and maintain organized records.
Manage day-to-day office tasks, including email correspondence, document management, and data entry.
Collaborate with the marketing team to support outreach efforts and help grow the client base.
