About the role

The Law Enforcement Accounts Administrator supports SSD's agency and government sales operations, assisting with record-keeping, order processing, and customer support for military, law enforcement, and first responder clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist with record-keeping and order processing
• Provide customer support for military, law enforcement, and first responder clients
• Maintain a safe and secure working environment while being friendly and approachable
• Ensure accurate and confidential information handling
• Communicate effectively and build relationships with clients
• Use Microsoft Office and data entry systems proficiently
• Type at a speed greater than 40 words per minute

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Criminal background check
• U.S. Citizen or eligible to work in the United States
• Preemployment drug screening and continued compliance with Drug Free Workplace policy
• Strong sense of integrity and ambition
• Thorough and attentive to small details
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Firearm knowledge (optional but preferred)
