Responsibilities

• Advise clients on corporate and business matters including entity formation, governance, restructurings, and ongoing operational issues
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including shareholder, operating, employment, and vendor contracts
• Support mergers, acquisitions, and asset transactions from due diligence through closing
• Counsel clients on regulatory and compliance matters affecting business operations
• Provide strategic legal guidance to business owners and executive leadership teams
• Collaborate with attorneys across practice areas to deliver integrated legal solutions

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school
• Current membership in good standing with the State Bar
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in elder law, including experience with Medicaid planning, estate planning, and powers of attorney
• Proven ability to represent clients in court proceedings, administrative hearings, and mediations
• Excellent legal research and writing skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and their families
• Demonstrated commitment to serving the needs of seniors and their families

Pay

$100,000 - $135,000 per year
