Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research to support the drafting of motions, briefs, and other legal documents
• Draft and prepare complaints, meet and confer correspondence, briefs, discovery motions and dispositive motions
• Collaborate with attorneys and other legal staff to develop case strategies
• Take complete ownership for assigned workload
• Responsible for bringing positivity to the workplace
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience in civil litigation
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Candidates must be in good standing with the California State Bar

Final offered salary is commensurate with experience as a Litigation Attorney. Compensation: $110,000 - $180,000 / year. Employment Type: Full Time. Location: California. Workplace type: Onsite. Department: Litigation.
