Laundry Worker, Full-Time Days

Overview

Responsible for performing various operations in processing soiled and clean linen, utilizing laundry equipment, and individual skills. Performs related duties as assigned. This is a days position at our Enterprise Laundry facility.

Qualifications

• Experience: None required. Laundry experience beneficial, but not a requirement.
• Required Education: None required.
• Certifications: None required.

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities

• Responsible for soiled linen shake out
• Feeding ironers
• Dry folding of linen
• May assist in sewing room as needed
• Able to lift 30 pounds and stand on feet for long periods of time
• Push/pull 40#
• Grip up to 50 lbs.
• Pinch up to 15 lbs.
• Kneel, crouch, and crawl minimally
