Laundry Worker, Full-Time

About the Role

Responsible for performing various operations in processing soiled and clean linen, utilizing laundry equipment, and individual skills. Performs related duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Soiled linen shake out
• Feeding ironers
• Dry folding of linen
• May assist in sewing room as needed

Requirements

• Able to lift 30 pounds and stand on feet for long periods of time
• Push/pull 40 pounds
• Grip up to 50 pounds
• Pinch up to 15 pounds
• Minimal kneeling, crouching, and crawling

Qualifications

Experience: None required. Laundry experience beneficial, but not a requirement.

Education: None required.

Certifications: None required.
