Qualifications Experience: 1 to 3 years of commercial laundry or housekeeping experience, often requiring 1 year in a supervisory role.Physical Skills: Ability to stand for long shifts, push heavy carts, and lift up to 25–50 pounds.Soft Skills: Strong organization, team leadership, and communication abilities with a flexible schedule for weekends and holidays. Responsibilities Lead and inspire the laundry team to achieve daily operational goals with efficiency and enthusiasm.Oversee the sorting, washing, drying, and folding of linens to ensure the highest quality standards are met.Coordinate and manage the laundry schedule to optimize workflow and meet guest demands promptly.Ensure all laundry equipment is maintained and operated safely, addressing any issues proactively.Implement and monitor quality control measures to maintain consistency in linen cleanliness and presentation.Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.Train and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the laundry department.
