Laundry Staff

A Day in the Life of a Laundry Staff

As a Laundry Staff, you play a vital role in our community. You will:

• Collect soiled laundry, linens and garments.
• Wash and dry laundry according to instructions.
• Separate, fold and/or hang garments and deliver to respective areas.
• Take great care to enhance safety and sanitary conditions.
• Comply with applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations.
• Maintain knowledge of and follow all company policies and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with residents, their families, visitors and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
• Housekeeping or laundry experience preferred but not required.
• Willingness to learn as needed.
• Solid communication skills, attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to read, write and speak English sufficient to perform job duties and interact with residents, vendors and team members.

Work Schedule

• This full-time position works 8-hour shifts.
• We are looking for coverage from 6A-2P (Tues-Sat).
