Laundry Processor & Driver (Hybrid)

About This Posting We are actively hiring for a Part-Time Laundry Processor & Delivery Driver to support our growing operations at Hampr. This position offers approximately 20-25 hours per week. We are seeking a dependable, hardworking individual who can assist with both laundry processing and delivery responsibilities. Requirements What You'll Do In the facility Sort, wash, dry, fold, and package customer laundry according to order instructionsFollow quality standards so every order is clean, accurate, and neatly finishedOperate commercial washers and dryers safelyTrack orders accurately to keep each customer's items togetherKeep the work area clean and organized On the road Pick up and deliver laundry orders to homes and businesses on scheduled routesLoad and unload orders carefully and confirm every bag reaches the right customerUse a mobile app to manage routes and confirm pickups and deliveriesGive friendly, professional service at every stopFollow safe driving practices and keep the vehicle clean What We Look For Valid driver's license and a clean driving record, with the ability to meet Hampr's auto insurance requirementsAbility to reliably commute to our LA facility for scheduled shiftsStrong attention to detail, so every order is sorted, labeled, matched, and delivered correctlyReliable attendance and availability for scheduled shifts or as neededFriendly, professional customer service at every stopComfortable using a smartphone and driver app to follow routes and confirm pickups and deliveriesFlexibility to switch between facility work and driving based on daily needsA positive, team-first attitudeLaundry, warehouse, production, or delivery experience is a plus but not required Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50lbs regularly, and up to 70 lbs on occasion (some wet towel bags are heavy. Able to load, unload, and carry bundles and bagsAbility to stand, bend, and move for an entire facility shiftAbility to sit for long periods while driving and get in and out of a vehicle many times per shiftAbility to bend, squat, and reach while loading and unloading washers, dryers, carts, and the vehicle Compensation Pay Range: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour Benefits What We Offer The current benefit offerings for this role are listed below, and we're just getting started.
