Laundry Driver - Pick up & delivery

About the role

As a Delivery Driver, you're the face of Hampr to every customer on your route. You'll pick up and deliver laundry and dry cleaning orders across your assigned territory — handling each item with care, representing our brand with professionalism, and making sure every doorstep interaction reinforces the trust our customers place in us.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick up and delivery of laundry orders on assigned route
• Load and unload laundry bags safely and in an organized manner
• Verify all bundles are correctly loaded for your route before departure & laundry return
• Cookorate with the operations team on route changes, delays or customer escalations
• Maintain a clean company vehicle
• Manage route logistics including stop sequencing, time management, and real-time communication of delays or ETAs
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• 5+ years of driving delivery required
• Reliable & punctual with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
• Professional appearance
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
• Mature, responsible, and safety-conscious behind the wheel
• Strong people skills with a positive, can-do attitude
• Proficient in English (speaking, reading & writing)

Physical Requirements

• Able to safely operate company-provided cargo vans
• Able to lift laundry bags weighing up to 25 lbs repeatedly throughout a shift
• Comfortable loading and unloading a van multiple times a day
• Able to walk, bend, stoop and stand for extended periods
