Laundry Attendant washer/loader/chute

Overview

Come join Team Atlantis! We are currently accepting applications for Laundry Attendant. This position performs a variety of Laundry functions including sorting and folding; ensures products is taken to our laundry department in a timely manner with quantity and quality.

Responsibilities

• Separate soiled linens into designated piles and sort them into carts
• Push and pull full laundry carts
• Follow all departmental and company safety guidelines at all times
• Operate both regular and freight elevators
• Clear the laundry chute and separate sheets, pillowcases, and terry items
• Load and unload washing machines
• Stretch and fold sheets as required
• Assist in other production areas as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Maintain high standards of linen cleanliness and laundry room maintenance
• Be familiar operating all tools, equipment and proper chemical usage
• MUST adhere to all grooming standards, no "visible" tattoos/piercings or unnatural hair colors
