About the role

The Laundry Aide is responsible for maintaining the quality and cleanliness of linens by following established washing, drying, and folding processes. This role ensures hotel laundry operations run smoothly, supporting the property’s high standards for guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Maintain linens in a clean and hygienic condition
• Follow established washing, drying, and folding processes
• Ensure all laundry operations are completed efficiently and accurately
• Support the property’s high standards for guest satisfaction

Requirements

• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a similar role preferred

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Basic computer skills
