What Success Looks Like

• Launder, alter, and repair linens, towels, and other items in accordance with established standards
• Maintain linen and towel par levels for all hotel operations
• Remove damaged and stained linen from circulation
• Make repairs when possible
• Report items with damage beyond repair
• Sort and prepare soiled hotel linen and other laundry for pickup by contracted laundry service(s)
• Receive and process laundry service deliveries
• Keep accurate and complete records of laundry services
• Follow all safety procedures
• Report all unsafe conditions immediately
• Use equipment and chemicals only as intended
• Keep work area and inventory clean and organized
• Assist fellow housekeeping team members when possible and appropriate

What You Bring

• 1 year hotel housekeeping/laundry experience or related experience
• Knowledge of cleaning/laundry techniques/chemical applications (a plus)
• Desire to work in a fast-paced role
