The Hotel Housekeeping Evening Laundry role allows you to be at the forefront of delivering exceptional service, ensuring guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience from check-in to check-out. Responsibilities
- Sort soiled linens, towels, and uniforms by color, fabric type, and level of soiling; wash, dry, and fold items according to hotel procedures and care instructions.
- Use industrial washing machines, dryers, and pressing equipment safely and efficiently; monitor equipment for proper functioning and report any malfunctions or repairs needed.
- Check for stains, tears, or damage on linens and garments; treat stains and perform minor repairs (e.g., sewing small tears or replacing buttons).
- Restock clean linens and towels in storage areas or deliver them to housekeeping or other departments as needed; keep an accurate inventory of linens to ensure adequate supply levels.
- Clean and organize the laundry room to maintain hygiene and operational efficiency; dispose of trash, lint, and other waste materials properly.
- Follow health and safety regulations, including proper handling of chemicals and equipment; ensure compliance with hotel and brand quality standards for laundered items.
- Assist housekeeping staff with additional laundry-related tasks, such as collecting used linens from guest rooms.
- Prioritize tasks to ensure laundry is cleaned and delivered in a timely manner, especially during peak times.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
- Exceptional ability to manage time effectively and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent skills for engaging with guests and collaborating with team members seamlessly.
- Flexibility to work weekends & holidays.

Schedule
Anticipated schedule of Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 3:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m.; other days and evenings may be available based on occupancy.
