1st Shift 6am-2:30pm Rotating weekends and holidays

About the Role

Focuses on group tasks, such as sorting, washing, delivering, and packing. May perform the work of the Laundry Production Assistant and has knowledge of all work stations and tasks. Work is completed to meet production and quality standards in the laundry and to satisfy the needs of internal and external customers in a safe and efficient manner. Reports to Laundry Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine task in the soil sort area
• Packing linen carts
• Delivery linen carts
• Driving laundry truck
• Perform laundry housekeeping tasks
• Sorting soiled linen
• Folding clean linen
• Utilizing laundry equipment to meet production standard

Qualifications

• High School graduate preferred
• Ability to read, write and speak English
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Highly motivated
