LAUNDRY ASSISTANT - LIBERTY COMMONS

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Laundry Assistant to join our team at Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services. This role is essential in maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for our residents.

Responsibilities

• Replenish linen closets and carts at appropriate times daily.
• Collect soiled personal laundry per schedule and transport to the laundry area via covered hampers.
• Ensure washing, drying, ironing, and folding of patients’ personal clothing.
• Assist with ensuring laundry services meet the needs of the residents.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school graduate.
• Attend all Environmental Services Department meetings and in-services.
• Demonstrate neat appearance and good personal hygiene.
• Read, know, and follow personnel, department, and facility policies.

Schedule

Work every other weekend with rest days off during the week.

Background checks and a drug-free workplace are required.
