Laundry Aide - PT Evenings 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Collect and sort soiled linen.
• Load and unload washing machines and dryers.
• Fold clean linen accurately and in a timely manner.
• Count the amount of linen processed each day.
• Deliver clean laundry to assigned units using a delivery cart.
• Clean and sanitize the work area, including machines, worktables, and sorting areas.
• Operate computer‑operated washers and dryers according to operating procedures.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Effective communication with residents, physicians, visitors, and all facility personnel.

Pay

Starting wage of $15.00 per hour plus $0.85 per hour Hero/Hazard Pay, with yearly wage increases.

Schedule

Full‑time evening shift: 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM; includes rotating weekends and holidays. Flexible scheduling options are available.
