Key Responsibilities
- Wash, dry, fold, and distribute resident clothing and facility linens
- Operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently
- Sort and handle soiled laundry following infection control procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area
- Label and track resident personal items
- Report equipment issues or supply needs promptly
Qualifications
- Previous laundry or housekeeping experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to follow safety and infection control guidelines
- Team player with a positive attitude
