Powdersville Post Acute is a 60-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Easley, SC. The facility values its employees and supports career growth across South Carolina.
Responsibilities
- Collect, sort, wash, dry, and fold resident clothing and facility linens
- Deliver clean laundry promptly to resident rooms
- Label new resident clothing as needed
- Maintain linen quality and remove damaged or stained items
- Follow all infection control and sanitation procedures
- Maintain inventory of laundry supplies
- Operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently
- Report equipment issues or maintenance needs promptly
- Keep laundry areas clean, organized, and sanitary
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED
- One year of laundry or housekeeping experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependable and team-oriented
