Laundry Aide

Job Duties

• Labeling, sorting, folding and delivery of laundry to residents.
• Standing most of the day.
• Maintains work area.
• Collections bags and transports soiled linen.
• Delivers and stores clean linen.
• Alert to necessary safety precautions, reports any hazards.
• Knows responsibilities and duties in case of fire or emergency.
• Attends departmental and mandatory meetings and in-services.
• Positively interacts with residents, visitors, family members and fellow employees.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.

Work Schedule

40 hours per week, alternating weekends.
