Laundromat Operations Manager

Summary

We're hiring an experienced, hands-on Operations Manager to run the day-to-day of our laundromat. You'll oversee staff, keep every machine running smoothly, manage cash and supplies, and make sure customers have a great experience every visit.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations, opening/closing, and store cleanliness
• Supervise, schedule, and train attendants
• Perform hands-on repairs and routine maintenance on washers and dryers (belts, motors, valves, coin/card mechanisms)
• Handle cash management, deposits, and reconciliation
• Track inventory and order supplies (detergent, vending items, etc.)
• Resolve customer complaints and enforce store policies
• Maintain equipment performance and coordinate with technicians for bigger repairs

What We're Looking For

• Experience with laundromat management software or card/coin payment systems
• Familiarity with brands like Speed Queen, Dexter, or Huebsch
