Autoliv’s primary goal is to Save More Lives. The company develops seatbelts, airbags, and steering wheels, and is seeking a Launch Industrial Engineer to advance airbag manufacturing operations. The role focuses on optimizing processes, planning capacity, supporting automation, and leading new‑product industrialization efforts.

Responsibilities

• Optimize airbag manufacturing processes to improve performance standards.
• Plan production capacity to meet target cost, quality, and volume goals.
• Support automation initiatives within the manufacturing environment.
• Lead industrialization of new airbag products.
• Travel as required and participate in global meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience delivering production processes that consistently achieve target cost, quality, and volume while producing defect‑free parts.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of airbag assembly processes.
