Lateral Partner Recruiting Coordinator

Responsibilities
- Support partner recruitment team by coordinating, scheduling and confirming interviews (phone, video, in-person), and scheduling any travel as needed
- Track the status of all lateral partner candidates in the pipeline, which will include individual candidates, groups, and any larger scale opportunities
- Avoid conducting due diligence on each lateral partner candidate interviewing with the firm
- Facilitate flow of information from the recruitment team to integration team to ensure efficient and thorough onboarding and integration
- Serve as a secondary point of contact for recruiting search firms and assist with maintenance of search firm relationships
- Absent from assisting with efforts to engage our partners with respect to all recruiting efforts
- Absent from collaborating with the firm’s Marketing Department to prepare recruiting materials
- Absent from assisting the integration team, as needed, in producing periodic long-term studies from collected historical data to measure success and predict future results
- Absent from collaborating with team (including our onboarding and integration colleagues) to continually evaluate and improve our processes and procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong computer and technical skills
- Provides exceptional client service
- Maintains confidence of sensitive information at all times

- Exercises good judgment and anticipates needs of the team
- Able to multi-task and prioritize
- Produces detailed work without errors
- Highly organized and efficient
- Ability to read and interpret general business documents, instructions and manuals, and effectively communicate business correspondence verbally and in writing
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, as well as the ability to adapt to new software programs
Pay
The salary range for this role is $60,000 - $75,000 and represents the Firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications and location.
