Late Stay Teacher Aide - Little Rams

About the role

The Late Stay Teacher Aide reports to the Director of Little Rams and works part-time. The position requires at least 2-3 years of preschool experience, with preference given to those with experience in a Christian preschool.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Little Rams team meetings and planning sessions.
• Complete professional development hours.
• Must have a clear testimony of personal faith in Jesus Christ as Savior and a lifestyle of biblical integrity.
• Must be an active member of a local church.
• Supportive of the decisions and loyal to the mission and leadership of the school and Grace Baptist Church.
• Passion for connecting with teachers, students, and families to support student/teacher success within a Christian environment.
• Ability to consistently work each weekday from 1:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.
• Maintain a great attitude and flexibility.

Requirements

• At least 2-3 years of preschool experience.
• Experience in a Christian preschool is preferred.

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Schedule

The Late Stay Teacher Aide works part-time, Monday through Friday from 1:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.
