Responsibilities and Duties
- Handle high volumes of guests needs in an organized, efficient and professional manner.
- Input accurate reservations and guest requests into a digital reservation system.
- Answer guest questions regarding our menu, history, policies and procedures.
- Communicate messages and special requests to teammates in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to exude a welcoming and friendly demeanor through all circumstances.
Qualifications and Skills
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work calmly and efficiently in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
- Must maintain a professional demeanor and well-groomed appearance at all times.
- Must be available nights, weekends, and some holidays.
- Ability to work independently while still contributing to overall goals of the team.
- Must be able to work with your hands, stand, bend and lift for extended periods of time.
