Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive patient experience throughout the consultation and treatment journey
- Support the clinical team during LASIK procedures to ensure a seamless patient experience
- Guide patients through treatment options, expectations, and post-procedure care instructions
- Build trust with patients through clear communication, education, and personalized support
- Conduct virtual consultations and follow-up calls to answer questions and help patients feel confident in their decision
- Cook up scheduling and confirm appointments with patients
- Prepare and manage patient documentation and records with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality
- Aid patients in understanding financing, insurance, and payment options
- Process patient payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Utilize advanced diagnostic technology and systems to support the patient consultation process
- Ensure all consent and pre-procedure paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service preferred but not required
- Experience in vision care or healthcare is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a proactive, results-driven mindset
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working independently while also collaborating with a team
- Passion for helping people feel confident and cared for throughout their experience
