About the Role

Join LCA Vision Inc./Kismet [dba LasikPlus, LVI & TLC], and help us transform the lives of our patients! We are looking for additional team members to join our Indianapolis Area vision center(s) including Keystone Crossing and Carmel.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care and service
• Perform laser vision correction procedures under supervision
• Conduct pre- and post-operative assessments
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals
• Participate in ongoing professional development

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare or related field preferred
• Knowledge of laser vision correction procedures
• Comprehensive understanding of medical terminology
