About the role
This role involves in-center/on-site virtual patient support. This role starts around $19/hr depending on experience.
Responsibilities
- Support patients through various stages of their vision correction journey
- Provide virtual consultations and follow-ups
- Collaborate with Ophthalmologists and Optometrists to ensure patient care
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service or healthcare preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Basic computer skills
