Laser Technician (3am- 11:30am)

A Day in the Life of a Laser Technician

You will operate and maintain a variety of printing devices that generate transactional and marketing print output for each Subsidiary and Business Unit of the enterprise.

You will review files in multiple formats, such as PDF and postscript, and assign job-specific workflows as appropriate.

You will monitor the output and troubleshoot the devices as they operate to ensure quality and accurate printouts of customer correspondence, policy booklets, marketing materials, and much more.

A focus on quality and attention to detail is key, alongside the ability to triage minor machine issues and escalate major issues as appropriate.

Key Tools & Technologies

• Fiery Command Workstation: Preview print files, set up and assign workflows.
• Solitrack: Monitor print queues and release to devices/hot folders.
• Canon PRISMA: Canon's proprietary printing software.
