Laser Process Engineer

Responsibilities

• Development of new process technologies and fabrication techniques
• Support sustaining/operations for existing products
• Data analysis (Yield, Parametric Data, Correlation studies)
• Failure analysis and root cause investigation
• New Product introduction
• Troubleshoot and disposition of material
• Write and modify procedures and work instructions
• Plan and execute DOE's
• Design, modeling, mask creation

Requirements

• BS or Equivalent with 5 yrs experience (PhD with 0-1 years, Masters with 2-3 yrs)
• Strong data analysis skills using statistical software (Excel, MiniTab, Jump)
• Hands on experience with fabrication equipment and process techniques (Etch, Deposition, Lithography)
• Strong understanding of device operation
• Ability to work in a team environment and interact with multiple departments
• Familiar with Device modeling tools and CAD programs for mask design
• Familiar with MES systems
