Responsibilities
- Operate laser - starting of machine, reloading of material
- Post-process metal and plastic products - honing, removing of cutouts, cleaning
- Inspect product under a microscope
- Inspect using equipment including micrometers, gage pins, calipers, and vision scopes
- Utilize basic math and documentation skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Able to interact with teams of operators, quality, and engineering support
- Flexibility to adapt to a changing, evolving environment
- Self-motivated, self-starting person looking for a growth opportunity
- Assist in the training of operators
- Perform the packaging for shipping of customer product
Requirements
- Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Experience: Minimum two (2) years experience in medical device manufacturing is preferred. Laser processing is a plus.
