About the role
A Construction Laborer ensures project efficiency through planned, thoughtful movement of materials and debris.
Responsibilities
- Material staging and placement
- Material delivery and logistical planning
- Tools inventory and gang box staging
- Debris removal
- Tools repair and maintenance
- Attend weekly meetings as needed
- Communicate with lead man or foreman
- Mix and stage materials
- Set daily or hourly productivity goals aligned with project estimates
Requirements
- Able to lift and carry up to 100 lbs safely
- Willing to be trained to operate various power tools
- Basic understanding of productivity and production goals
Accountable to the Lead Man or Foreman of the project.
