Join us for our onsite hiring event for open Machine Operators (all shifts), Quality Technicians and other laboratory support positions!
When: Tuesday, July 14th 1:00pm-5:00pm and Wednesday, July 15th 8:00am-12:00pm
Pay: Starting at $21+/hr.
Location: 620 Lesher Place Lansing, MI 48912 United States of America

Machine Operator
- Uses automated equipment to manufacture, assemble, or move parts/kits/products
- Inspects parts/kits/products to ensure accuracy
- Maintains equipment and facilities
- Performs equipment preventative maintenance of specialized and advanced equipment
- Follows ISO guidelines in the manufacture of all reagents
- Adheres to GMP and GDP in the manufacture of all reagents
- Participates in troubleshooting efforts pertaining to product failures
- Participates in product/process improvement of current products or processes
- Maintains the cleanliness and organization of work areas using lean processes and 5S
- Plans and executes necessary preparatory processes for scheduled manufacturing duties in advance
- Transfers products from R&D and/or Manufacturability Support to Manufacturing
- Proposes document updates and improvements
- Performs repetitive tasks for extended periods of time, while maintaining attention to detail
- Aids in Supply Management
- Assists in physical inventories as required
- Performs other duties as assigned by your supervisor and/or manager
- Complies with and promotes all corporate handbook policies

Quality Technician
- Perform routine and complex assays with a microbiology focus in accordance with appropriate Standard Test Procedures (STPs) or Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Adhere to GLP and ISO guidelines in daily activities
- Develop new QC procedures, focusing on testing and product release
- Assist with special projects assigned by Lab Manager, often involving investigations or method development
- Participate in equipment qualification, ensuring the suitability of equipment for relevant testing
- Brainstorm with colleagues to streamline routine activities and troubleshoot manufacturing and QC issues, particularly those involving contamination or control
- Meet individual and departmental goals and objectives, with a focus on maintaining high standards
