Essential Functions
- Prepare work orders
- Obtain the proper documents for insurance companies/plans
- Verify patient benefits and pre-certify our services
- Demonstrate knowledge of different insurance company's or plan's procedures
- Provide excellent customer service to all patients
- Assure flow of service
- Complete other duties as assigned

- Knowledge of anatomy and medical code is a plus
